Sebastopol sits west of Santa Rosa in what was apple country long before it was wine country, and it is the most rural of the towns we serve regularly. The town itself is compact, but a large share of the addresses we visit are outside it — properties on acreage down the Bodega Highway and the lanes off it, many of them on their own well and septic rather than city water and sewer.
That changes the work. We are about seven miles east in Santa Rosa, so it is a short run, but a Sebastopol call is as likely to involve a pressure tank or a pump as a fixture.
