Service Estimates & Pricing
- Price ranges shown on this website are estimates only. Final pricing depends on actual diagnosis, parts required, and site conditions.
- All work is quoted in writing before we begin. We will not perform work without your authorization.
- Diagnostic service call fees are charged at the time of visit and are typically credited toward repair if you proceed with us.
Service Guarantees
- Workmanship is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of service unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to all new equipment we install. We will assist in warranty claims.
- Guarantees are void if work is modified by another party after our service.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless a financing arrangement has been made in advance.
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
- Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee.
- Unpaid balances may be referred to collections and subject to interest at the maximum allowable rate.
Limitation of Liability
Action Plumbing, Heating & Air liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
Licensing & Insurance
Action Plumbing, Heating & Air is licensed by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB License #325110) and carries general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Sonoma County, California, under California law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
